Read the Getting Started and Controls pages so you can move, reload, use the map (M), and survive your first blizzard without wasting ammo.

Medic, Infantry, or Engineer keep early servers alive. Compare unlocks on the Classes hub and the class tier list before grinding reputation.

Secure logistics between Alpha and Bravo
Materials repair walls and bridges; armaments refill guns. Follow the logistics guide and escort supply trucks with a Humvee convoy.

Prepare for Day 40 and special infected
Day 40 unlocks Marine and Crashed Pilot and spawns Ulcers, Incisors, and Callouses near Alpha and APS. Use the Day 40 guide checklist.
